Executive Coach
Baz Hartnell
I’m an executive coach with over 20 years of coaching experience, during which time I have coached hundreds of largely senior leaders, mostly across the UK’s NHS and the Senior Civil Service, but also in the Private and Third Sectors. Previously a senior director myself, I possess both a Masters degree in Coaching and Development and another Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). I recognise that getting executive coaching is still a privileged developmental opportunity for many, given the cost of one to one coaching. In response to this, I have felt compelled to distil and codify into a course, the core elements of my own one-to-one executive coaching practice into a self-paced self-development format, allowing leaders to hugely accelerate their own ‘inner game’ development without needing access to their own coach.
